How to Navigate the Top Menu

We've designed a toolbar to provide quick and easy access to some of the most used features in OnePlan. Let's run through it:

Clicking on the magnifying glass icon in the top right-hand corner allows you to search for a location. You can search with either the locations address or with a What3Words reference. The map will then move to take you to that location.

The next icon along to the left, which looks like a chain link creates a view-only link for your event plan. This can be useful if you need to share your map with your vendors, so they know where to set up. Please note, this link is for a view-only version of your map.

Clicking the 'Share' button takes you to the share options. Here, OnePlan subscription holders can add collaborators to their event plans, sharing your maps with editing or admin permissions. You can also change the permissions of those you currently share with.

Next, we have the storyboard button. Clicking here will show you all the storyboards you have created for that event. You can add views, or start a new storyboard, as well as downloading existing storyboards.

The 'Export/Print' button will show you the different options in OnePlan Studio for exporting your event plan. Here, you can take screenshots or start creating a storyboard. These functions are especially helpful if you need to present your event plan to stakeholders.

After that, you'll see the m/ft toggle switch. Clicking on this will change the units of any measurements within your event plan from metric to imperial or vice-versa.

Clicking the next icon along will hide any labels you've put on objects in your event plan. It allows you to toggle the visibility of the labels you've added to your map.

The padlock icon works to lock and unlock objects you've placed within your plan. The one you find in your top menu is the global lock/unlock button. If it's locked, you can't use any objects on your map. Clicking and moving your mouse will move the map view. If it's unlocked, you can move your objects.

The undo button will undo the last item placement on your map.
