MFA: I don't have a Authenticator App 

There is a range of authentication apps often used for SaaS platforms. All are available on the App Store (Apple) and Google Play Store (Android). You can also use Apple’s password manager if you are on iOS.

The following apps are compatible with OnePlan’s MFA:

• Authy

• Google Authenticator

• Microsoft Authenticator

• Apple password manager

How to set up each app:

Authy

1. Download the Authy app from the App Store or Google Play.

2. Open the app and enter your phone number to register.

3. Verify your number via SMS or phone call.

4. Scan the QR code displayed with Authy by tapping the + button.

5. Authy will generate a 6-digit code — enter it to confirm the setup.

Google Authenticator

1. Download Google Authenticator from the App Store or Google Play.

2. Open the app and tap Get Started.

3. Tap the + icon in Google Authenticator, then select Scan a QR code.

4. Point your camera at the OnePlan QR code.

5. Enter the generated 6-digit code into OnePlan to complete setup.
   
   

Microsoft Authenticator

1. Download Microsoft Authenticator from the App Store or Google Play.

2. Open the app and tap Add account.

3. Choose your account type — Work/School or Personal.

4. Tap Scan the OnePlan QR code in the app and point your camera at the code.

5. The account will be added and begin generating codes immediately.

Apple Password Manager

1. Scan the QR code using your iPhone camera

2. Follow the link to passwords

3. Search for OnePlan or Click the + to add OnePlan

4. Click ‘save’ and your app will start generating codes
