Exporting Layers or CADs from OnePlan Classic
Please complete the following form to request a member of our support team to access your layer files from OnePlan Classic. Our team will aim to supply your layers files (PNGs) within 5 working days.

Importing Layers into New OnePlan
In New OnePlan, we have the option of creating new Levels in each event plan. The number of levels available to you, will depend on your subscription plan.

On each Level you can add a single PNG file, which might be a satellite image, building schematic or existing CAD plan of your event. This article doesn't cover that import process, but you can read more about it here.
