FAQS;
Why do I have to type delete in order to delete my event?
We have added this as a step in order to encourage users to verify that they are sure they want to do this action. The field is case sensitive.
Can I bring back a deleted event?
Unfortunately, as we state that it will be deleted permanently, OnePlan is not able to recover or access any permanently deleted event.
How do I cancel creating a new event?
You can cancel event creation by clicking the X in the top right corner of the popup or using the cancel button.
I would like to upgrade in order to have the ability to create multiple events, how do I do that?
You will see the ‘crown’ icon upon the feature; click the button and you will be taken to the upgrade portal. (See here for our current pricing plans).
