Switching to New OnePlan
Access to OnePlan Classic will change for users over the next 6 months as we switch everyone to New OnePlan
Welcome to NEW OnePlan!
We have been busy developing the next-generation event site planning platform with the New OnePlan, which has required rebuilding OnePlan from the ground up. Our original product is now known as OnePlan Classic.
The New OnePlan has a Free plan that allows you to place 50 objects on one site plan. Additional paid plans offer more objects, multiple site plans, and premium features, including importing layouts and export your site plan.
What’s New?
Let’s start with speed. The https://app.oneplan.io/ is twice as fast, so you can plan more efficiently and spend less time waiting.
We’ve also added a modern, streamlined interface that’s easier to navigate, whether you’re planning solo or sharing plans with your team.
There is a new way to import CAD plans and building layouts into your event site yourself, and you can now export high-resolution images to print and use on-site.
How do I log in to New OnePlan?
New OnePlan has an entirely different login and interface from OnePlan Classic. For this reason, you will need to create an account in New OnePlan. Your username and password for OnePlan Classic will not work for New OnePlan.
When to Switch to New OnePlan
Users with a Free account on OnePlan Classic need to switch to New OnePlan by September 30, 2025. After this date, access to any Free OnePlan Classic account will be removed.
Users with a Starter plan on OnePlan Classic need to switch to New OnePlan by 30 November 30, 2025. After this date, access to any Starter Plan on OnePlan Classic account will be removed.

Frequently Asked Questions
I have a free account with OnePlan Classic. Will my event plan be migrated?
No, you won't see your existing event plan in New OnePlan. However, you can easily recreate the plan in New OnePlan, and your first 50 objects are still free.
We have a knowledge hub article explaining how to do this.
Alternatively, you can upgrade in OnePlan Classic to one of our paid subscription packages. At a later date, you'll then have the option to migrate your event site plan(s) from OnePlan Classic into the New OnePlan. See here for our subscription packages.
How do I move my event from OnePlan Classic to New OnePlan?
Users on any paid subscription plan will have access to a tool to migrate events across to New OnePlan. We expect this to be available from September 2025, but this is to be confirmed. Should you wish to migrate your event plan, please do not switch to New OnePlan until this is available. We will make further details available in due course. User with subscription plans who do not need to migrate their plan can choose to switch early. Please complete this form to start.
