Upgrading your Subscription

Upgrading your free account to a paid subscription

 

Before you can upgrade your account to a new/different subscription package, you need to make sure your card details are stored within your OnePlan account.
To do this, or to update your card details, click the avatar in the top right-hand corner, and a dropdown menu will appear. From here clicking on 'Payment details' will show a pop-up which allows you to add or amend your card details.

Now you're ready to upgrade!

Head back to the same dropdown menu by clicking on your avatar in the top right-hand corner. Clicking on 'Manage Subscription' and then 'Edit Subscription' will allow you to change your subscription package.

Choosing an annual package when you're upgrading gives you a 2-month discount.
Once you've selected your package, you can then select the number of seats you want to be included, then click 'Update Subscription', and you're all set!
Please note, if you're planning to downgrade your subscription, you'll only be able to do this if you have not exceeded the limits of the plan you're hoping to change to. You can see what is included in which subscription on our pricing page, here.
