This feature allows users to share their event plans with external stakeholders, with a public view link and a password protected option.
Event owners can either generate a public link to send to collaborators, or with the Pro Plan, create a password protected link for extra security.
Once clicked, the viewer will be in the view only mode of the event, with no editing features but all the details of the plan.
Public links is a feature for all users, password protection is only available to Pro Plan users.
How to Create A Public-view Link:
Click the share button in the right-hand corner
Choose between the toggle to enable or disable the public link.
Click the copy link button and the link will copy to clipboard.
Password protected links:
With OnePlan’s Pro and Pro+ plans you can set a password to your view-only link for extra security.
With this, you can decide who views your link, and easily allow or revoke access to recipients by changing the password.
To add a password to your link:
- Click on the share button in the top right hand corner
- Click on the toggle to enable link passwords
3. Set your password following the criteria provided.
For security reasons, we never display your existing passwords, and cannot retrieve them for you. When setting passwords please be aware that they known by you and only you
Accessing View-only links:
When a user clicks on a public link they are taken straight into the view-only version of the event.
When a user clicks on a password-protected link, they are taken to the enter password screen, once the correct password has been entered, they are taken to the view-only event.
