What to do if your event import has failed?
If your Classic event import into New OnePlan has failed, there are a few steps you can take.
1. Check to see if the file is correct.
Make sure the file is a GeoJSON directly downloaded from OnePlan Classic. Any other file formats or GeoJSONs will not be accepted, and will result in a failed upload. You may want to re-download your GeoJSON from Classic just to be sure!
2. Check your internet.Check that you are on a desktop using the latest version of Chrome on a stable internet connection. See our system requirements here.
3. Contact Customer Support
If you have followed the steps above and are still having no luck, please contact support through live chat, or email. Make sure to include your account email and the name of the event you are trying to import.
